Joe Paone
Field Supervisor/ Quality Control Manager

Joe Paone comes from several generations of master-skilled carpenters. Joe began working under the guidance of his father Frank and uncle Sal Paone in the early 1970’s, whereby he first learned to apply his attention to detail and precision in the construction of new homes and the extensive remodeling of others throughout the Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware counties. With over 35 years of experience, Joe has strived for and maintained top-quality standards in carpentry skills and design, craftsmanship, and project management. Areas of specialty have included decks, kitchens, bathrooms, finished basements, home additions, and custom-designed millwork, among others. In addition to high quality, Joe’s work continues to stem from unique artistic and architectural inspiration and to reflect his determination to work collaboratively with each client to ensure that completed work meets and exceeds their expectations.

Tyler Farrell

Tyler Farrell, a graduate of Shippensburg University (B.A.), has spent the past year learning under the mentorship of Omni Building Group’s experienced contractors and carpenters. With their guidance, he has developed a strong hold and understanding of the tools of the trade. He continues to craft his skills and grow as a member of the Omni Building Group team. He works, along with the entire Omni team, to spread the Omni brand promise of superior work and great customer appreciation. After all, a finished job is only as good as the customers satisfaction.
